🏛️How is Railbird regulated?

Railbird is in the process of getting their Designated Contract Market license. This process is conducted by the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Once Railbird receives their license, Railbird is required to comply with the the 23 Core Principles under the Commodities Exchange Act (CEA) and Part 38 of the CFTC's regulations.
